For all you craft sake enthusiasts, Rumiko Moriki is a name that needs no introduction. Her minimally manipulated sakes are wonderfully complex and excel at food pairing. What‘s even more impressive is her unwavering dedication to traditional brewing methods, evident in the hard labour the small team of seven invest, shining through in each bottle.
Join Master Sake Sommelier Janice Chi and Rumiko Moriki, the owner of Moriki Brewery, in this 6-course pairing showcasing the brewery's signatures crafted with classic yeasts and our own house-aged Rumiko no sake.
