Placing Order
After you place an order and complete the payment process, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. In the event that certain items cannot be delivered or substituted, we will reach out to offer you the option to either cancel your order or receive a refund if payment has already been made. Upon making payment and receiving an email acknowledgement, no cancellation of orders are allowed.

Delivery
All orders placed online will be executed within your selected delivery date and time slot, unless otherwise advised. In the scenario that your orders have not be delivered to you within the delivery date and time slot, please contact the business via +65 9782 7297 or jun@tableconcepts.com.sg.

Refund policy
Here at Jun.com.sg (By Ishinomaki Sake Grill Pte Ltd), we aim to bring you products of the highest quality. In the event that you are unsatisfied with the product, you may contact us for discussion of the product’s condition within 2 hours after delivery. The product should not have been used and be in its original condition. The cost of return transportation will not be handled by Jun.com.sg (By Ishinomaki Sake Grill Pte Ltd). 

Events not of our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).
