Each carefully crafted sake boasts rich and complex profile, featuring organic rice, reflecting Rumiko Moriki's commitment to sustainability, as well as her signature brewing style and use of classic yeasts.
Elevating this exceptional experience to new heights, each label is thoughtfully matched with Chi-san's (Chef-owner of Ishinomaki Grill & Sake) seasonal creations.

About Janice Chi (M.S.S.)
Janice is the first female restaurateur in Singapore to receive the prestigious Master Sake Sommelier (Sake Sommelier Academy). She also holds a WSET Level 3 Award in Sake and a Certified Sake Scholar qualification (Sake Scholar Course).
An advocate for craft sake, Janice has been pushing the envelope with sake and food pairing. At the sake-focused table 33, she regularly introduces educational sake programmes such as hot sake menus or sake and cheese pairing sessions. Together with her husband, executive chef Chi Pin Han, she always picks the best sake to match with food flavours.
About Rumiko Moriki
The owner and eldest daughter of Moriki Brewery in Mie Prefecture. Rumiko-san is a trailblazing figure in the industry and one of Japan's pioneering female toji (master brewer).
With an unwavering dedication to her craft, Rumiko-san is committed to producing minimally manipulated sakes. Leading a small team of six, she specialises in the traditional brewing methods such as kimoto and yamahai.
About Chi Pin Han
Chi san is the brain behind all the delectable food offerings on the menu. Having over 39 years of experience honing his culinary skills at several Japanese restaurants including Meguro Gajoen Tokyo, Pan Pacific Singapore’s Keyaki Restaurant and InterContinental Singapore. Chi san takes pride in providing his customers with the freshest ingredients cooked in the best possible way. The tiniest details are never overlooked, from the dinnerware to the finishing touches of every dish.
