We have the pleasure of partnering with our long-time collaborating sake maker, Ippongi Kubohonten from Fukui Prefecture, for our final pairing event of 2023. Hailing from the mountainous region of Katsuyama, Okuechizen, Ippongi is famous for its clean, pure, and juicy dryness sake — a testament to their craftsmanship since their founding in 1902.

During this 6-course pairing, you will have the opportunity to explore Ippongi's diverse range of sake crafted with premium sake rice grown in Fukui, including their limited winter and autumn editions, namazume style, and umeshu. Each label will be matched with seasonal creations by Chi-san (Chef-owner of Ishinomaki Group).
