Chiyomusubi: Weaving Ties that Bind (Event)
Let Chiyomusubi’s Sake Specialist Tadashi Sano (Certified J.S.A. Sake Diploma Holder), and our Master Sake Sommelier, Janice Chi (Co-founder of Ishinomaki Grill & Sake and Table 33) guide you through the wonders of Chiyomusubi and Goriki sake rice's magnificent features. All paired with Chi san’s (Chef-owner of Ishinomaki Grill & Sake) unique spin on Japanese Cuisine lovingly crafted with seasonal ingredients.
“Chiyomusubi'' translates to “eternal ties with people”, it represents the cherished relationships and lifelong friendships that have been built with time aging beautifully, just like how genuine connections are forged between us all. The brewery places heavy emphasis on using Goriki (literally “powerful strength”), a Tottori-specialty sake rice to yield sake that mirrors its namesake, with a gentle aroma, crispness to the sake’s tail, and good aging potential.
The number of seats to this event are kept small due to the restaurant’s limited capacity.
