Sommelier's Notes

Using undisclosed Akita domestic rice with special NI-2 flower yeast, a gentle and restrained aroma is presented with notes of umami savouriness. Palate showcases wonderful umami notes with a refreshing dry crisp finish. Enjoy at 10-15°C or warmed up to 40-45°C.
