Our restaurant, Ishinomaki Grill & Sake, is an authentic Japanese dining experience celebrating seasonality in all its forms — cuisine, sake and wines, led by chef-owner Chi Pin Han with over 40 years of experience. 

Our team comprises three Master Sake Sommeliers (SSA), ten Certified Wine Sommeliers (WSET), and fifteen Certified Sake Sommeliers (SSA). In 2022, we hosted more than 10 pairing sessions with specific perspectives at various locations.

Our Story

We all have different methods for dealing with our loss and holding on to the things we love. JUN.COM.SG was created in remembrance of our owner’s beloved dog, JUN.

We at JUN.COM.SG pride ourselves in curating artisanal and boutique sakes directly imported from various breweries in Japan. "JUN" in Japanese means pure, genuine and simple, and they are all values that Ishinomaki embraces. We are committed to making Japanese dishes with fresh, seasonal ingredients from Japan, letting the pure natural ingredients speak for themselves
