At the end of this novelty, you will find an extremely enjoyable saké that is very aromatic with cotton candy and melon being very prominent with background notes of sea salt, steamed rice and genmai. With a balanced mouthfeel with mild ending notes of kombu and miso on the crisp finish. Recommended to enjoy chilled at 12-15°C.
