Interesting concept by the Toji where music by The Beatles was played to the Moromi (main fermentation tank) during fermentation. It has an elegant sweetness balanced by bright acidity due to the use of white Koji. An easy drinking sake with its low ABV and likened to a white wine. Best served chilled 8-10°C.
