Sommelier's Notes

From the makers of the cult brand, Juyondai 十四代, comes this extremely limited Tokubetsu Honjozo. Using Takagi Shuzo's in-house rice strain, Ushu Homare, it's aromas are captivating with many layers of fruit, grain & lactic notes. Well balanced on the palates with notes of kombu & miso integrating well with the above mentioned notes. A stunning saké that clearly displays polishing ratio is not everything! Enjoy at various temperatures to watch this stunner evolve!
