Sommelier’s Notes
Using a mix of 2 indigenous rice strains of Gifu, this saké epitomises the regionality and character of this prefecture whilst using Kanazawa yeast (Kyokai #14). The yeast brings out the aromas of the 2 rice strains with notes of melon, apples and banana cake. Palate is light and refreshing with a clean finish. Enjoy well chilled at 8-12°C.
