Elegant aromas of rice, green apple and Peckham pears. On the palate, u will notice more of the umami and rice flavours being infused with apple skins and melon rind. Rice sweetness is balanced with the other flavours and finishes dry and crisp. Enjoy chilled at 10-12°C.
