Using a blending of super aromatic yeasts K1501 and K1801, aromas of strawberries, green apples and hints of kiwi greet you on the nose. The intentional 1 year ageing before release has toned down the sweetness on the palate and brought about plush umami flavours with a slight shibumi at the end. A well balanced saké that is best enjoyed at 10-15°C or slightly warmed up to room temperatuere of 20-23°C.
