This is a seasonal limited brew that was awarded the "Kura Master" 2021 medal. Using Akita Flower yeast, K1501, it brings forward the fruity aromas of the otherwise more subtle Miyamanishiki rice. A well balanced saké with bits of sweetness, umami, spice and shibumi at the end. Grainy and structured with a pleasant mouthfeel. Best enjoyed well chilled at 10-12°C.
