Sommelier’s Notes

A powerful expression of Takagi Shuzo's prowess. Pasteurised once with no dilution before bottling, fragrant aromas of green apples, banana cake, yoghurt and cream cheese hits the nose immediately at the first whiff. Despite being a Genshu, not apparent with the 15% ABV. Light and smooth on the palate with a acidic, shibumi lingering finish. Enjoy well chilled at 8-12°C.
