Sasanishiki is an indigenous rice strain of Kyoto that has a long history of being used by restaurants for Shari (sushi rice) due to it being less sticky with a light and well balanced taste. This saké has a gorgeous fruit aroma of tropical fruits with a slight fizziness and hints of umami. Spot notes of lactic, nuts and herbs in the background. Well balanced and best enjoy chilled at 8-12°C.
