Sommelier’s Notes

Over the years, "Born" has gained a reputation for excellency and Hoshi is another proof of that. Aged for 2 years at -14°C-0°C, adding depth and complexity to the expressive peach and melon notes. The palate is fruity with a luxurious and velvety smooth finish. Enjoy well chilled at 8-10°C.
