A good comparison between Aizu Chuzo Junmai Ginjo. Brewed using waters from Mount Bandai and local rice, Yumenokaori and having the same polishing ratio. Both having very distinctive flavour and aroma profile. This Chokarakuchi has more distinctive rice flavours and umami with a crisp dry finish. Best when chilled to 8-12°C.
