A seasonal release from Takagi Shuzo. With some saké-kasu added back to create a slightly cloudy sake (Origarami), it has that added complexity and body. Arabashiri (first run) brings about that raw and wild taste. Going through a single pasteurisation has that freshness of yoghurt, nuts and herbs. Sweetness of steamed glutinous rice and mochi is balanced by that hint of umami and slight fizziness. Enjoy well chilled at 8-12°C.
