A great representation of Hiroshima sakamai Hattannishiki. Creamy yoghurt aromas coupled with banana bread, melon, glutinous rice, kombu and mochi. This dry sake has a well balanced acidity, body, umami with a mixed bag of flavours with the banana bread and melon rind standing out with the clean finish. Enjoy chilled at 12-15°C.
